1. Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry through this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, business type, license or registration details (if provided), email address, phone number (if provided), and the contents of your message. If you contact us directly by email or phone, we collect the information you include in that communication.

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not run its own analytics. Our hosting provider may log standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operational purposes.

2. How we use your information

We use inquiry information to qualify and respond to your request, to determine the appropriate supply channel for your business, to communicate with you, and to manage a business relationship if one develops. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. When we share information

We share information only as needed to operate our business: with service providers that process it on our behalf (our form submissions are processed by Formspree, whose handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy); with licensed partner businesses when you ask us to connect you with one, or when routing your inquiry to the appropriate licensed channel; and where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights. This site also embeds services from Google (web fonts and an embedded map), which may receive standard technical data such as your IP address when pages load; those services are governed by Google's privacy policy.

4. Retention

We retain inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, to maintain business records, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations. Records connected to qualified business relationships are retained for the duration of the relationship and for the period required by applicable law thereafter.

5. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to request deletion of your inquiry information (subject to records we are required to keep). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws; we will honor valid requests as those laws require.

7. Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
